Southern University Office of Alumni Affairs
The Southern University Office of Alumni Affairs serves as a conduit between alumni and the university to encourage strong bonds of loyalty and to engage alumni in meaningful service to our institution. The office is committed to providing quality service and advocacy through outreach efforts and consistent communication.
Since its creation in 1970, the Southern University Office of Alumni Affairs has fostered and strengthened life-long relationships between the University, alumni and supporters. We especially value and encourage the financial support from our alumni family to foster continuous growth and to ensure the perpetuity of our institution.
Southern University is extremely proud of its alumni and recognizes that the ongoing success of the University is largely dependent on the success of its alumni. Additionally, we invite all of our alumni, friends, and supporters to visit the Alumni House when you're on The Bluff to rekindle that Ole' Southern Spirit.
The Office Of Alumni Affairs serves to strengthen the relationship between Southern University, its Alumni, students, faculty, staff and community to preserve and promote the traditions, purposes, growth and development, and to keep the spirit of love and reverence for our Alma Mater.
