A Living-Learning Community (LLC) is a group of students who have chosen to expand their education through shared learning experiences that go beyond the classroom. LLC students work closely with a faculty liaison, the LLC coordinator, or resident assistants to plan and implement a program of study groups, discussion groups, lectures, on and off-campus experiences, and other activities. LLC members live in a dedicated wing of residence halls that they define and decorate.
The Living-Learning Communities at SUBR consist of Collegiate Explorers, Future Nurses, Future Teachers, Leadership and Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.
